MoissaniteJewel currently ships to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Unless a product page states otherwise, orders are normally prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not business days. High-volume periods, address checks, or product customization may require additional time.

Shipping rates

Standard tracked shipping within the United States is $12 USD. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $200 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. The rate and eligibility shown at checkout are the final terms for that order.

Delivery and tracking

Delivery timing depends on the destination and carrier and begins after the order is dispatched. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed, and delays caused by weather, transportation networks, holidays, or other events outside our control may occur.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if it needs correction. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment begins and are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.

Delivered, lost, or damaged packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier first. If a package appears lost or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and supporting photos where applicable so we can help review the issue.
