How much is United States shipping?

Standard tracked shipping to eligible United States addresses is free.

When will my order arrive?

Orders normally require 2–5 business days to prepare. After dispatch, estimated delivery to most United States addresses is 5–8 business days. The typical estimated total is 7–13 business days.

How will I receive tracking?

We send tracking to the email address used at checkout after dispatch. The first carrier scan can take 1–3 business days to appear.

Can I change my address?

Email moissanitejewel@protonmail.com immediately with your order number and corrected address. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment begins.

How do I request a return?

Contact us within 30 days after delivery. Do not mail an item before receiving authorization and the correct address. Items must generally be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Where are returns sent?

Our authorized return facility is in China; we do not currently operate a United States return warehouse. The exact address and instructions are provided after approval. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer, so please consider international tracked shipping costs before returning.

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. We may resolve the issue with a replacement or refund without requiring an international return. Do not mail the item unless we instruct you to do so.

Can earrings be returned?

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn or removed from sealed hygiene packaging cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How do I choose a ring size?

Use our US Ring Size Guide before ordering. If you are between sizes, the larger size is usually more comfortable.
