Shipping Policy

MoissaniteJewel currently ships to eligible addresses in the United States.

Tracked shipping rates

Standard tracked shipping to eligible United States addresses is free. The final rate available for your address will be shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery to most United States addresses is 5–8 business days. The typical estimated total from order placement to delivery is therefore 7–13 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

Alaska, Hawaii, United States territories, military addresses, remote areas, address checks, high-volume periods, and carrier or customs delays may require additional time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take 1–3 business days to show its first carrier scan.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if it needs correction. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment begins and are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.

Delivered, lost, or damaged packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, the delivery location, and the carrier first. If a package appears lost or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and supporting photos where applicable so we can review the issue.
