30-Day Return Policy

We want you to feel confident about your jewelry purchase. You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, an item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and proof of purchase. Please handle jewelry carefully while deciding whether to keep it.

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn or removed from a sealed hygiene package cannot be returned. Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, final-sale, and gift-card purchases are not eligible unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Request authorization before returning

Email moissanitejewel@hotmail.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. If approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

Return location and shipping

Our authorized return facility is located in China; we do not currently operate a United States return warehouse. The exact address is provided only after a return is approved. For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for tracked international return shipping and carrier charges. Complete all carrier and customs documents accurately. We strongly recommend keeping the shipping receipt and tracking number because we cannot refund a parcel that does not reach the authorized address.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund without requiring the item to be returned. Do not mail a problem item unless we instruct you to do so. If an authorized return is required because of our error, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes after processing or shipment has begun.
